Creamy Chicken Salad
This easy chicken salad is perfect for small wedding receptions or tea parties.
You will need:
1 Country Gourmet Sesame Garlic Blend
2 cups of mayo or 1 cup mayo 1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dried crasins
3-4 cups cooked diced chicken
Mix all together in large bowl and chill for 2 hours. Spread on croissants, bread, toast, crackers. or mini puffs.
The crasins give this chicken salad just the right amount of sweet. If you prefer you can dice up the crasins into small pieces.
