Combine brownie mix with 1/2 cup water and the semisweet chocolate chips. Stir with spoon until well blended. Spoon into crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
Cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream.
*Tip, pie will slice more evenly if it is completely cool and you wipe the knife off with a damp cloth between each slice.
