Texas Sheet Cake? 
You will need: 
Mama’s Chocoholic Brownie Mix 
¼ teaspoon cinnamon 
1 tsp baking soda 
½ cup melted butter 
1 cup lukewarm water 
½ cup sour cream 
Chocolate Icing 
1 cup chopped nuts 
 
 
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 15X10” or larger baking pan.  
In large bowl dump brownie mix and stir in cinnamon and 
baking soda. Then add ½ cup melted butter and 1 cup 
lukewarm water, mix in adding 1/2 cup sour cream last and 
blending well. Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake 
for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes 
out clean. Microwave chocolate frosting for 20-30 seconds 
to soften (do not melt), then spread over cake gently while 
cake is still hot. Top with chopped nuts. FROM COUNTRY

Mississippi Mud Pies? 
You will need: 
Mama’s Chocoholic Brownie Mix 
½ cup hot water 
1 regular jar of marshmallow crème 
1 tub store bought chocolate frosting 
1 cup chopped nuts 
 
 
 
Make as brownies and divide batter into two greased pie 
plates. Bake as for brownies. Remove from oven and while 
still hot, spoon ½ of the marshmallow crème on each pie.  
Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread to edges. In microwave 
or hot water, soften frosting and pour over marshmallow 
cream. Carefully spread over pies, then top with chopped 
nuts. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before slicing. 
Slice as a pie to serve. Chocolate sauce drizzled over top 
before serving make this an elegant decedent dessert.
