*Our products are shelf stable at room temperature. Our dip mixes and baking mixes are good for 6 to 12 months after purchase. However all dry mixes are best used within 3-6 months for premium quality. Our soda bread mix is best used within 3 months for maximum leavening power (you can add 1 teaspoon baking powder to the mix if it is older to ensure it rises).
